This Rome Vacation Rental Colosseum apartment has been recently renewed and it can welcome up to 5 guests. The building is prestigious and it has lift and doorman. The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable armchair and a sofa that can be used as a double sofa bed, table, chairs and a large kitchen with all you need to cook: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The living room is bright and from the window you can see the Colosseum! The apartment is quiet its position is strategic: by walk you can reach not only the most famous sites such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill, but also other hidden archaeological sites: the Nero’s Golden House, Basilica of St. Clement, the Basilica of St. John Lateran and much more.

As Paolo said himself: “I prefer to have reality better than pictures”, and so it was – Paolo’s place is better than pictures (which already are great, btw). Before staying with Paolo we had to cancel a stay in a horrible dirty airbnb next street, so being at Paolo’s place was like getting to paradise. Everything was sparkling clean, new, cozy, there was even tea and coffee provided. The location is great too, and it was not noisy during the night. Paolo also provided us with some local tips. A totally recommended experience.

This place was in a wonderful location and very close to the colosseum ( you could literally see it from the entrance to the apartment). Great recommendations and super clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if visiting Rome.

Paolo‘s apartment is centrally located in Rome, excellent location. Restaurants and neighborhoods in the area are excellent for eating strolling and sightseeing. Paolo arranged for our pick up at the airport and met us for the beginning of our stay in Rome. He is very helpful and the accommodations I would recommend highly. If I come back to Rome again and I am in need of an apartment this will be the one! Thank you Paolo!

Both Paolo and this unit are great. Paolo is the most organized host. He has a binder and website links for all the things that you need for the trip. Paolo is communicative and very thoughtful in so many ways for the unit and for his guests. The unit is perfect for a family or 2 couples with 2 double beds (one is a sofa bed). Have 2 bathrooms is a great feature. We really cannot ask for more – everything is working in the unit, AC is running strong, the elevator is working, location is convenient (between 2 stations) and safe, the unit is clean, the mattress is firm and comfortable,

Paolo was a wonderful host, providing us with tips on the best things to do and how to get around when in Rome. He kept in contact with us before and during our stay, so that if any issues arose he’d be there to help. The apartment was exactly what was expected. Beautifully designed, with all the functionality to match. It was well equipped with toiletries and a first aid kit in case of any mishaps. We loved our time in Rome and will definitely return, hopefully his apartment will be available for the next trip!

This place was SO clean and new. It was spacious and comfortable and the building classy and beautiful. The AC was so good that we didn’t want to leave the apartment. Paolo is, by far, the most helpful and friendly host I have ever rented from (and I’ve rented from many). He gave a thorough explanation about the apartment, good restaurants, and access to tours. He also organized transportation when we needed it. I felt like he was a relative instead of a host!

O espaço de Paolo é simplesmente adorável e completo. Muito próximo do Coliseu e de um ponto e ônibus, ou seja, você consegue chegar em qualquer ponto de Roma. O apartamento é muito confortável, (Website hidden by Airbnb) dois banheiros que ajudam muito, já que estávamos em 3 pessoas. Tudo conforme o anunciado e ainda superando nossas expectativas. Paolo foi muito solicito, nos deu várias informações úteis e nos auxiliou com transportes e dicas da cidade.

After being messed around by our original booking in Rome we booked Paolo’s home for 5 nights – and happy we did! It was a great, clean, stylish apartment with everything we needed. Paolo made great communication with us each step of the way and gave great recommendations. A great location close to colosseum but not noisy in the PM. Very comfortable large bed, big fridge / freezer, all cooking utensils needed, air con in Living area and bedroom and towels & toiletries provided. Overall gave me and a my girlfriend a great base for our stay in Rome!
