RHA MISSION
Since 2001, the mission of Roman Holiday Accommodation by Paolo Marroccu (“RHA“) is to introduce you to an authentic and beautiful Rome, starting from the RHA holiday home (“RHA Holiday Home”) where you will stay, contributing to the formation of memories and experiences of a holiday made of art, history, landscapes and Italian food that will become part of your experience and will change your routine at your return at home.
We are a family business and this means that we pay attention, heart and passion into everything we do. We are proud of our work and for this reason, unlike the tourism multinationals, we do not stop taking care of you when you book, but we are pleased to follow you and assist you during and even after the end of your stay.

The staff of RHA (“Staff RHA“) is at your disposal to satisfy your requests and make your stay unforgettable, whether it is a personal, professional or pleasure trip or a family or friends holiday.
To visitors/users of the RHA Site and the Social Web and, in general, to current and potential customers of RHA (jointly, “RHA Guests” or “Guests“) it shall apply the terms and conditions published on the RHA Website (“T&C” or “RHA T&C“)
RHA SERVICES
Also thanks to our guests’ suggestions, over time we have modulated the services we offer, you may find listed here below:
Core Services:
Hospitality Service in apartments for exclusive use: offered previous reservation, against remuneration and subject to availability.
The following services are included in the cost of the Hospitality Service:
Linen service: bathroom linen kit (1 face towel, 1 shower towel, 1 bidet towel for each guest) + bed linen kit
Cleaning services of the apartment at check-in and check-out
Comfort Plus Services:
The Extra Services are offered in connection with the Core Services purchased on request, against remuneration and subject to availability. They are the following:
Early check-in: early check-in with respect to 14
Early / Late check-out
Pocket Wi-fi (for use in the city)
SKY Sport and Cinema in pay per view
Extra pillows
Extra linen
Extra Services:
The Extra Services are the following:
a. Comfort Services offered free of charge in connection with the Core Services purchased:
– Tourist Information Services, provided on the basis of local knowledge and personal experience of the RHA Staff
– Welcome Kit (salt, sugar, soap, dishwasher and washing-up liquid)
– Wi-fi in the apartment
– Luggage storage service at check-in and check-out (to be confirmed according to arrival / departure time)
– satellite TV
– SKY family, children, music, news programs
Furthermore, upon request and on the basis and within the limits of personal experience and local knowledge of the RHA Staff, suggestions on any services offered by Third Parties may be provided.
b. On-site Assistance Services* offered of charge in connection with the Core Services purchased, upon request, on the basis and within the limits of personal experience and local knowledge:
– Assistance Services in case of loss of baggage (e.g. airport authority contact and coordination for baggage delivery at agreed times)
– Emergency Assistance Services (e.g. indications on first aid and hospital facilities in Rome)
– Support Services in relations with the public security (for example, indications and possible accompaniment for loss of documents)
* these services may not be provided where the RHA holder is out of town, ill or otherwise unavailable
Promo and Social Web Services
The Promo and Social Services are offered free of charge, subject to membership, based on the RHA programming and publishing plan. They are the following:
– Newsletter service
– On-site information services: you can contact us and ask us about Italy and Rome, we will be happy to answer you within the limits of our personal experience and our local knowledge … we will be “your man in Havana”!
– Loyal Guest Service: for the use of discounts and promotions we reserve for our best customers
– Participation in surveys
– Participation in Social Web events
Booking Services:
The Booking Services are offered on request, and subject to availability, booking/cancellation, booking assistance and the like with reference to:
– transfers in the city and from/to the airport (Taxi, NCC)
– excursions and guided tours
– cooking lessons
– tickets for football matches or other shows
– participation in papal audiences and ceremonies
– selection of souvenir services
– personal shopper services
– wedding planner services
– services or participation in various experiences requested by the Guest
The Booking Services refer to services not provided by RHA as they are provided by third parties (“Third Party Services“). RHA is not responsible for any failure or incorrect delivery/performance of the Third Party Services and in general for Third Party’s activities.
For some Booking Services a small reimbursement of expenses may be agreed upon at the time of the request.
Payment Services:
RHA provides Guests with the possibility to make payment for RHA Services and any reservation/deposits to guarantee in the manner they prefer, whether they are managed directly by RHA (cash payment), or systems managed by third parties (by bank transfer, POS, via PayPal, etc.), also in connection with and through the RHA Site or through OTAs (“Payment Services“). RHA reserves the right to improve, optimize, modify, delete or introduce new Payment Services. The availability of the Payment Services or some services or functionalities thereof may be limited where maintenance is required.
Where the Payment Services make use of systems managed by third parties (“External Payment Services“) they are subject to terms and conditions, including privacy, established by the third parties themselves and Guests are required to read them carefully. RHA is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the External Payment Services or for the contents, products or services available through them. In the event of any conflict between the T&C and the terms and conditions applicable to a specific Payment Service, the latter will prevail. Links to such External Payment Services posted on the Social Web can not be construed as and / or construed as endorsement by RHA or imply a liability of the latter in connection with such External Payment Services.
The Guest can not use the Payment Services unlike the applicable laws.
