Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is not yet ready, luggage storage can be arranged. If the apartment is ready, early check-in may be possible. We will confirm this on the day of your arrival. Alternatively, you may book the night prior at a discounted rate to guarantee immediate check-in upon arrival.
What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. If there are no arrivals on the same day, check-out may be extended until 11:00 AM. If you plan to leave Rome after 10:00 AM, luggage storage can be arranged, subject to availability.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, luggage storage can be arranged if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out, subject to availability. It is free from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM). At other times, on Sundays, and on public holidays, the service is provided by a third party and may incur a fee.
How can we reach the apartment from Fiumicino Airport?

How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
From Fiumicino Airport, the fixed fare to the city center is set by the Municipality of Rome. From Ciampino Airport, the cost is slightly lower.

The Colosseum is about a 10–15 minute walk away (or X minutes, depending on the exact location).
