Si compone di un soggiorno con ampio angolo cottura, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale (con possibilità di letto aggiuntivo, una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale e una terza camera tripla, che può essere preparata con un matrimoniale e un letto singolo oppure con tre letti singoli. L’appartamento è ideale per famiglie numerose o per gruppi di amici che intendono godersi una vacanza in una struttura tranquilla, moderna e accogliente. L’appartamento può ospitare fino a 9 persone in 3 camere da letto. L’appartamento si compone anche di un soggiorno con un ampio angolo cottura e di 2 bagni con doccia. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, frigo, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e tanti altri accessori che rendono più confortevole il soggiorno. Completano l’equipaggiamento il Wi-Fi e una tv con decoder SKY nel soggiorno e nelle 3 camere. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo di inizio ‘900.
La posizione è strategica in quanto l’appartamento si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, Palatino e Fori Imperiali e da altri siti archeologici di notevole interesse: Basilica di San Clemente, Domus Aurea, Arcibasilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e la Scala Santa e molto altri. In prossimità si trovano numerosi ristoranti, pizzerie, pub e supermercati. Il quartiere è servito dal trasporto pubblico in modo eccellente da metropolitana, autobus, tram e taxi.

Exploring Rome with the family was a breeze! This apartment’s location was perfect—we could easily walk to all the major sights and had plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. Great host and the airbnb was situated in an amazing location right by the colosseum. Paolo gave us tips on which paves go visit, how to get there etc. He was very helpful and his hospitality made our stay more enjoyable. The place was just perfect for the 5 of us! It is perfect for 5 people and there were extra beds. We had a lovely stay and everything went smoothly, Paolo was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Paolo’s apartment. There were 7 of us and we were delighted. The apartment was just perfect! Paolo gave us lot of information and local tips about restaurants, places to go. I recommend also the pick-up service from and to the airport!! Many thanks Paolo 🙂

We had an excellent stay and the property manager took care of us very well.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and surely we will be back. Very close to public transport, great restaurants and within a short walk to the Ancient Rome and the Colosseu, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Paolo is an amazing host. The place was very clean, the location excellent – just a short walk to the Colosseum – with a metro in front of the attraction. Paolo was prompt with replies and always contactable, whenever you asked a question. We arrived very late with our flight delayed, around 1am. Paolo was waiting to greet us at the apartment, check us in, provide recommendations and a map of Rome to help guide us. Thank you Paolo for an amazing week in Rome!

I stayed at Paolo’s place with some colleagues. The apartment is very close to the Colosseum and centrally located, very easy to reach from Termini Station. The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and equipped with everything you might need, from hairdryer to towels. Paolo was always easy to reach and communication was very smooth. He also organised an early morning transfer for us to the airport! Thank you again Paolo!

L’appartamento, moderno ed elegante, si trova a 300 metri dal Colosseo! Il quartiere offre ristoranti, pizzerie, birrerie, bar, banche e un supermercato aperto giorno e notte. C’è anche un piccolo minimarket nel palazzo aperto fino alle 23.

Appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alle nostre aspettative. Spazioso, pulito, nuovo. Vicino al Colosseo ed ai mezzi di trasporto del Stazione Termini, Trastevere e via del Corso. In una via con molti ristoranti ed a 5 minuti da un carrefour market h24. Dotato di tutti i comfort : tv in ogni stanza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice.etc… Altra nota di merito abbiamo trovato in casa olio, zucchero, sale, caffè . Grande elasticità per il check out. Great stay! Great location!
We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. Efficient check in and out. Perfect location to walk to most of Rome’s sights. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a tiny grocery next door to stop in and pick up necessities (wine, water, yogurt, fruit) each day. Our only complaint was the wifi. There were 9 of us, and only 4 could use the wifi at one time. It took us several days to figure this out. Would definitely return to this apartment next time in Rome.

As per the wifi, other guests told about that. This is why from October 2016 the apartment has a new router. This means that now up to 10 people can use the wifi simultaneously.

Paolo was very responsive and helpful. He greeted us at the apartment when we arrived and was available throughout our stay. We were two families (4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-17). One bedroom had a queen bed and cot. Second bedroom had a queen bed. Third bedroom had 4 twin beds. It was an easy walk to the Coliseum and Roman Forum. There was a market, pizza place, and gelato place on our street. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. (It is smaller than it looks in photos but it was great for what we needed. We were gone most of the day. Having two bathrooms was good.) If you are looking for an affordable alternative to a hotel and want to be near the Colisseum and Roman Forum, this is an excellent choice.

Appartement très propre , très fonctionnel et très calme . Idéalement placé : à 2 pas du Colisee et des forums romains . Le reste de la ville est accessible à pied . Metro pour Vatican à 500 m . Supermarchés et restaurants dans la rue . Super le transfert aller/retour pour l’aéroport . Séjour parfait . Merci à Paolo d’avoir tout organisé à la dernière minute .

L’appartamento e’ veramente confortevole, si trova vicino ai luoghi di ,maggior interesse (il colosseo è a due passi) e non sono necessari mezzi pubblici per visitare la città Le nostre famiglie si sono trovate veramente bene e consiglieremo questo alloggio per chi desidera tranquillità, confort senza rinunciare alle attrattive di Roma che sono tutte molto ben raggiungibili Ritorneremo sicuramente

I stayed here five nights over Christmas with my wife and four teenage children. We found the apartment clean, modern, and well situated. The two full bathrooms were a plus with four teenagers. Paolo met us (and was very patient as I got a little lost in the last few hundred meters) and was a big help with the baggage and getting us organized. He was also very flexible with the checkout time. I parked on the street right outside the apartment and had no problems at all. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to get the back two bedroom televisions to work. All told, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.
