The Rome apartment near Imperial Forum Labicana 2 is on the sixth floor of a building dated 1932. It is located a few steps from the most famous and appreciated monument in Rome, the Colosseum. This holiday home can accommodate up to 9 people and it is equipped with all comforts including Wi-Fi, Satellite TV in every room and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but functional and modern and has stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment, quiet and bright, has been recently renovated to provide a more comfortable stay in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Paolo nous a fourni une variété de services pour assurer un voyage confortable, depuis l’enregistrement jusqu’au moment de notre départ pour l’aéroport à la fin de notre voyage. Un viaje de regreso a Roma con la familia (incluyendo adolescentes) durante una semana en este lugar fue perfecto. Encontramos transporte a todos los sitios principales—en coche, tren o a pie. La distribución ofrece suficiente espacio para tres parejas o, en nuestro caso, dos adolescentes y sus padres. La cocina estaba bien equipada y cumplió con todas nuestras necesidades. Tanto la lavadora como la secadora funcionaron perfectamente. Prepárate para aprender un poco sobre ellas: la secadora es un modelo sin conducto en la cocina, y la lavadora está en el balcón. Puede sonar inusual, pero funciona y no fue difícil de usar.
La comida y los productos básicos fueron fáciles de conseguir en la tienda de la esquina, con precios razonables y una buena selección. El registro de entrada y salida fue muy sencillo. Paolo organizó un transporte económico para nuestro vuelo temprano desde FCO—no busques alternativas, acepta su oferta. Recomiendo este lugar; fue mucho mejor que nuestros últimos tres viajes a Roma.

Abbiamo affittato questa meravigliosa Casa Vacanze a Roma Colosseo. Si è trattato di viaggio di ritorno a Roma con la famiglia, compresi i figli adolescenti: Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana in questa location all’ombra del Colosseo ed è stato perfetto. Abbiamo trovato mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere tutti i principali siti in metro o a piedi. La disposizione della casa offre abbastanza spazio per tre coppie e, nel nostro caso, per due adolescenti e i genitori. La cucina è ben attrezzata e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. Sia la lavatrice che l’asciugatrice funzionavano perfettamente. Bisogna imparare un po’ ad usarle: l’asciugatrice è in cucina, mentre la lavatrice è sul balcone. Può sembrare insolito, ma funziona bene ed è facile da usare.
Tutto ciò che serve per preparare pasti e colazioni è facilmente reperibile presso il supermercato all’angolo, con prezzi ragionevoli e una buona selezione. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati semplicissimi. Paolo ha organizzato un trasporto a prezzi ragionevoli per il nostro volo mattutino da FCO: non cercate alternative, accettate la sua proposta. Lo consiglio vivamente; è stato molto meglio rispetto ai nostri ultimi tre viaggi a Roma.

Un retour à Rome en famille (avec des adolescents) pour une semaine dans cet endroit était parfait. Nous avons trouvé des moyens de transport pour tous les principaux sites—en voiture, en train ou à pied. La disposition offre suffisamment d’espace pour trois couples ou, dans notre cas, deux adolescents et leurs parents. La cuisine était bien équipée et répondait à tous nos besoins. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge fonctionnaient parfaitement. Préparez-vous à apprendre un peu à les utiliser : le sèche-linge est un modèle sans conduit situé dans la cuisine, tandis que la machine à laver est sur le balcon. Cela peut sembler étrange, mais ça fonctionne bien et ce n’est pas compliqué.
Les courses et les essentiels étaient faciles à trouver à l’épicerie du coin, qui propose des prix raisonnables et un bon choix. L’enregistrement et le départ étaient très simples. Paolo a organisé un transport abordable pour notre vol matinal depuis FCO—ne cherchez pas d’alternatives, acceptez son offre. Je recommande vivement cet endroit ; c’était bien mieux que nos trois derniers séjours à Rome.

A return trip to Rome with family (including teens) for one week in this location was perfect. We found transportation to all the major sites—by car, train, or walking. The layout offers enough space for three couples or, in our case, two teens and their parents. The kitchen was well-equipped and met all our needs. Both the washer and dryer worked perfectly. Be prepared to learn a little about them—the dryer is a ductless model located in the kitchen, while the washer is on the balcony. It might sound unusual, but it works and wasn’t difficult to use.
Groceries and essentials were easy to get at the corner store, which offers reasonable prices and a good selection. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Paolo arranged affordable transportation for our early morning flight from FCO—don’t bother searching for alternatives, just take his offer. I highly recommend this place; it was far better than our last three trips to Rome.

The location was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Italy! Situated in a prime spot, it allowed us to easily walk to all the key amenities and attractions. The Colosseum was just a short stroll away, and the nearby metro station made exploring the rest of the city incredibly convenient. Two words: STAY HERE! We are a family of 4 (2 kids) that recently rented this apartment. Not only was it very spacious (3 good size bedrooms and a loft) and clean, it was in a good location. Close to several good restaurants, an express grocery store, a coffee shop, and a convenience store–and within a half mile from the Colosseum! Paolo, the owner, was extremely helpful from when we checked in until we checked out. He recommended his favorite restaurants and helped us arrange taxis, when needed. Paolo is very friendly and welcoming and attentive to your questions, if any. There are some supplies in the apartment as well, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.–which is great when you arrive late at night and aren’t able to shop. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Thank you, Paolo!

Location. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Metro was great, even for two people who don’t walk much. The apartment was perfect for us – clean, everything we needed, two great bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Safe to walk, even at night. Paolo was a great communicator, and responded quickly and helpfully. I would recommend this apartment and Paolo as a host to anyone!

Amazing stay at Paolo’s apartment! The flat is exactly as advertised. It is centrally located and very close to the Colosseum. There were 8 of us and the apartment is large enough for such a large party: Grandma, Mom & Dad, and 5 teenagers. A washing machine is provided and it was just perfect: we used it a lot and we enjoyed drying our clothes each night in the typical Roman Courtyard of the apartment building. Beds are excellent. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged by Paolo and this made it easier. He also arranged for a wheelchair rental for Grandma, whose legs were too tired for touring through Rome. He saved our trip! We would definitely stay in Paolo’s apartment again.

Just back from 3 nights in Rome and the apartment was everything we expected it to be (and I had high expectations). All communication with Paolo before/during our stay was excellent. The apartment is spacious, fully kitted out and excellently located. Small things like dishwashing liquid/washing tablets were even supplied (makes a big difference). Plenty of towels and the apartment was extremely clean. One small thing to note is that the birds wake up at dawn and tweet extremely loudly in the central courtyard. The first night meant everyone from those 2 rooms were up VERY early, but the next 2 nights we woke up but got back to sleep. I would highly recommend this apartment. We travelled with 3 girls (8,10,10) who shared the triple room, 12 year old boy and the two of us. Ample room for everyone. We organised collection/return to/from airport through Paolo which worked out well. We were also able to store our luggage until our mid afternoon departure. Thank you Paolo, we loved staying in your apartment.

We loved this place. It was very clean, and spacious. You literally walk out the front door and see the Colosseum a few blocks to your right. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfectly as advertised. Paolo was a fantastic host and had everything ready as soon as we arrived; he even helped us with our luggage. I’d recommend utilizing the offered ride service. It makes the trip much easier to prepare for ahead of time. The apartment was great and everything functioned as it should. Our family of six fit in it just fine. I’d say, though, that one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the city streets and can be noisy at night for a light sleeper. The other two rooms have windows that face into a quiet courtyard. Our four young children shared those two rooms and slept peacefully though all of the nights we slept there. The stay was great and we appreciated everything that you did to accommodate our family. Thanks Paolo!

Excellent place, superb location, close the the Colosseum and the metro system, shops and restaurants nearby and a bicycle renting place just across the street. Apartment was clean and handy, we were 4 but I think you can easily stay there with 7 people. Paolo also arranged for airport transportation, which was very convenient. We liked it and recommend.

This apartment was larger & nicer than expected, especially for the price! There were only 3 of us but it can easily fit more as we didn’t even use 1/2 the beds! It also had a lot of “extras” in the place (unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all!). Only semi-bad thing I can say is that the beds are pretty hard but they worked after long hot days of walking everywhere! The location was excellent! Whether it was walking to the Colosseum, getting dinner or just a quick snack or hopping on the local train(?), everything was so close! Paolo was so quick to respond while booking which was VERY important to us. He was extremely helpful in telling us what to see in our short time we were there & he arranged a ride back to the airport-highly recommended as it was actually cheaper & way faster than the train we took on the way there (40 minutes vs a little over 2 hours by train) not to mention the driver was great! We will definitely be back to Rome & would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Paolo!

Paolo was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He even texted me in advance of our arrival to help arrange for a taxi from the train station to the apartment (which was a big help for 6 of us + luggage traveling together!). The apartment is lovely, air conditioned, clean and spacious and Paolo has a great book with tips, recommendations for places to eat and drink including maps. Location was outstanding – the Colisseum right down the street!

Paolo was extremely helpful from the moment we booked till when we left. He was always very professional and made an effort to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Rome. When we arrived, he gave us an overview of the city and sites (museums, ruins, stores, restaurants, etc.). The flat was spacious and clean. When I came time to leave, he booked as cars for our trip to the airport (at a lower rate than the city cabs). When I return to Rome, I will definitely be reaching out to Paolo again!

The neighborhood was a bit dodgy at night but overall good location. Paolo was very accommodating to our needs and travel and even arranged a car service to take us to the airport. The apartment was spacious and clean and perfect for our trip!

I cant’ say enough positive things about how nice it was to meet Paolo and stay at his apartment! He was there waiting to greet my family and I on our arrival and went out of his way to assist us in booking tours as well as a taxi to the airport the early morning of our departure. He also provided the best restaurant recommendation we had on our vacation. Thank you! The apartment itself is clean, spacious and perfectly situated in the heart of ancient Rome. It also is in a building that feels like your truly experiencing the lifestyle of traditional Italy! We would definitely stay here again.

Travelling to Rome for the first we were a little wary but Paolo did well to prepare us before we landed there. After we reached he helped guide us well with information and do’s and don’ts in Rome that helped us well. The apartment was well located right next to Coleseum and was easily accessible to bus station.
