The apartment can welcome up to 3 couples and it is the best option for large families and groups of friends. It is moderne, elegant and nicely decorated. It is made up of 3 bedrooms with king bed (one of them can be prepared also with 2 single beds), 2 full bathrooms with shower and a dining room with sofa beds and large full equipped kitchen.

The Rome Colosseum Domus Aurea apartment has been recently renewed and it can welcome up to 9 guests. The building is elegant and it has lift and doorman. The apartment has Wi-Fi, SAT TV with foreign channels in each room and air conditioning. The living room has sofa beds, table, chairs and a large kitchen with all you need to cook: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. All the windows face to internal courtyards. So, the apartment is quiet and bright. Its position is enviable: by walk you can reach not only the most famous sites such as the Colosseum, but also other hidden archaeological sites: the Nero’s Golden House, Basilica of St. Clement, the Basilica of St. John Lateran and much more.

L’appartamento di Paolo era esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio, con tanto spazio per ospitare la nostra famiglia (7 persone) e tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno (lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina molto ben attrezzata!). Inoltre, la posizione non potrebbe essere migliore, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo! C’è anche una fermata dell’autobus quasi di fronte all’appartamento, un bar all’angolo e un supermercato a pochi metri, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più comodo!
Infine, Paolo è sempre stato in contatto con noi e ci ha dato ottimi consigli (compreso un ristorante che abbiamo adorato!). Consigliamo vivamente sia l’appartamento che l’host!

El apartamento de Paolo era exactamente como se describía en el anuncio, con mucho espacio para alojar a nuestra familia (7 personas) y todas las comodidades que necesitábamos (lavadora y secadora, lavavajillas, cocina muy bien equipada). Además, ¡la ubicación no podría ser mejor, a solo unos minutos a pie del Coliseo! También hay una parada de autobús casi enfrente del apartamento, una cafetería en la esquina y un supermercado a pocos metros, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda.
Por último, Paolo estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones (¡incluido un restaurante que nos encantó!). Recomendamos totalmente tanto el apartamento como al anfitrión.

L’appartement de Paolo était exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce, avec beaucoup d’espace pour accueillir notre famille (7 personnes) et toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin (machine à laver et sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, cuisine très bien équipée !). De plus, l’emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur, à quelques minutes à pied du Colisée ! Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus presque en face de l’appartement, un café au coin de la rue et un supermarché à quelques mètres, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus pratique !
Enfin, Paolo a toujours été en contact avec nous et nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations (y compris un restaurant que nous avons adoré !). Nous recommandons vivement à la fois l’appartement et l’hôte !

O apartamento do Paolo era exatamente como descrito no anúncio, com muito espaço para acomodar nossa família (7 pessoas) e todas as comodidades de que precisávamos (máquina de lavar e secar roupas, máquina de lavar louça, cozinha super bem equipada!). Além disso, a localização não poderia ser melhor, a poucos minutos a pé do Coliseu! Também há um ponto de ônibus quase em frente ao apartamento, um café na esquina e um supermercado a poucos metros, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais prática!
Por fim, Paolo esteve sempre em contato e nos deu ótimas recomendações (inclusive de um restaurante que adoramos!). Super recomendamos tanto o apartamento quanto o anfitrião!

We had a fantastic stay here. Paolo was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we needed an early check-in, he arranged for our bags to be stored beforehand and then transferred to the apartment. He also organized our transportation to the airport. The apartment was extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the Colosseum, numerous restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and a lovely park. L’appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour trois couples et dispose même d’un lit gigogne qui peut accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Avoir deux salles de bain était un grand avantage. Un autre point fort est la climatisation dans chaque pièce et l’ascenseur dans l’immeuble. Cela a été particulièrement utile pour mon père, qui avait besoin d’utiliser son déambulateur.
Nous espérions que la machine à laver fonctionnerait mieux, mais malheureusement, elle n’a pas bien marché pendant notre séjour. Paolo a fait tout son possible pour résoudre le problème.
L’emplacement est excellent – à seulement 10 minutes à pied du Colisée. C’est calme la nuit, et les lits sont fermes, propres et confortables. La climatisation dans chaque pièce fonctionnait parfaitement. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme et est équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, que ce soit pour trois nuits ou pour un mois.
Nous recommandons vivement de faire appel à Paolo pour organiser vos transferts – cela a rendu notre voyage beaucoup plus facile et était souvent plus abordable. Nous ne pouvons pas assez le remercier. Travailler avec Paolo a été un vrai plaisir !

Paolo is fantastic! His communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is spacious enough for three couples, and it even has a trundle bed that can accommodate two more people. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. Another great feature is the air conditioning in each room and the lift in the building. It was especially helpful for my father, who needed to use his walker.
We hoped the washer would work better, but unfortunately, it didn’t function well during our stay. Paolo did everything he could to address the issue.
The location is excellent—just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. It’s quiet at night, and the beds are firm, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in each room worked perfectly. The apartment has so much charm and is equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying for three nights or a month.
We highly recommend using Paolo to arrange your transfers—it made our trip so much easier and was often more affordable. We can’t praise him enough. Working with Paolo was an absolute pleasure!

Una vera gemma di appartamento in una posizione eccezionale! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento di Paolo all’ultimo minuto, ma siamo entusiasti. Il nostro gruppo era di 4 adulti e due bambini piccoli. La disposizione delle camere da letto ha funzionato perfettamente.
I bambini hanno avuto a disposizione la propria stanza, e ognuno aveva un proprio letto per dormire bene.
Ogni coppia aveva la propria camera con letto matrimoniale e molto spazio per i bagagli. Ogni coppia ha avuto a disposizione il proprio bagno. Fatto che non ha prezzo quando viaggi in gruppo. La cucina è ben attrezzata: abbiamo cucinato spesso nell’appartamento e abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario in cucina.
La posizione è fenomenale. Paolo è un host eccezionale: ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e con il parcheggio al momento del check-in; ci ha suggerito ristoranti e pizzerie locali (e non turistici!) e ci ha indicato dove fare la spesa e gli acquisti in generale. Ci ha anche dato particolari consigli relativamente ai principali punti di interesse turistico. È stato molto piacevole interagire con Paolo. Ci sentiremmo molto fortunati qualora riuscissimo ad soggiornare di nuovo qui la prossima volta che saremo a Roma e pertanto mi sento di consigliare vivamente questo appartamento.

A true Roman gem of an apartment in a terrific location! My family and I found Paolo’s apartment rather last minute but we’re thrilled. Our group was 4 adults and two toddlers. The bedroom layout worked perfectly. The little boy had their own room, and each had a twin/single bed and slept well. Each couple had their own room with king-size bed and plenty of space for luggage. Each couple also had their own full bathroom which is priceless if you’ve ever travelled with a group. The kitchen was well equipped. We made many meals at the apartment and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was phenomenal. Paolo was a terrific host from helping us with luggage and parking at check-in (thank God for an elevator) to local dining, grocery store tips and attraction tips. He was very responsive and kind to interact with. We would be lucky to rent here again next time we are in Rome and highly recommend this apartment.

Paolo, l’host dell’appartamento, è stato sempre presente anche se non siamo riusciti a vederci di persona, con chiamate e messaggi ci ha aiutato a rendere gradevolissima la nostra permanenza a Roma. L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini ed è a pochi passi dal Colosseo, che si vede in lontananza. Spazioso, pulito e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Paolo est très accueillant et sympathique. Il nous a donné des informations sur les restaurants et sur les choses les plus intéressantes à visiter. Il est arrangeant pour les horaires de check in . L’appartement est conforme aux photos: c’est joli, confortable et propre. Il est tout proche du Colysée et des transports en commun. Je recommande cet endroit!

Paolo è stato un perfetto padrone di casa organizzando il nostro trasporto da e per l’aeroporto e le visite guidate come ad esempio quella dei musei Vaticani e della Cappella Sistina. Paolo è stato di supporto 24 ore su 24 venendo in nostro aiuto ad ogni singola richiesta, in modo cortese ed efficace. L’appartamento è stato l’ideale per la nostra numerosa famiglia anche perché è pulito e funzionale.

Paolo was a perfect host from arranging our airport transport, early morning Vatican visit transport and ride back to airport, to coming to help us when we’re were locked out. He was gracious and very accommodating. The apartment was perfect for the eight of us. It was very clean and everything worked.

È stato un appartamento perfetto per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone durante il nostro viaggio a Roma. Prima del nostro arrivo, Paolo ci ha aiutato a organizzare il transfer dall’aeroporto ed è stato di supporto durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Paolo ci ha accolto personalmente e in modo accurato ed approfondito ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni relative all’appartamento, alla città e alle attività. Ci ha anche consigliato ottimi ristoranti. L’appartamento è pulito e ben arredato ed è stato molto piacevole uscire dall’appartamento ogni mattina ed ammirare il Colosseo. La posizione è fantastica! Abbiamo adorato il quartiere circostante e abbiamo facilmente raggiunto a piedi tutti i siti più importanti di Roma. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’aria condizionata e i letti comodi. Ci è piaciuto molto stare in questo appartamento e lo abbiamo percepito come la nostra casa a Roma

This was the perfect apartment for our family of 5 during our trip to Rome. Even before we arrived, Paolo helped arrange ground transportation from the airport and was a great communicator about our trip. Paolo met us as we walked in the door and took time to make us familiar with the well stocked, clean apartment and give us suggestions for some great restaurants. We loved walking out the apartment and seeing the Colosseum everyday. The location was fantastic! We loved the surrounding neighborhood and easily walked to all of the sites in Rome. It was nice to be able to enjoy the A/C during the hot weather and found all of the beds to be comfortable. We loved staying at this apartment – it made Rome feel like home.

Fantásticas vacaciones!
Estuvimos 3 dias en este apartamento,y desde que le pedimos información antrs de reservar,paolo ha sido muy atento.nos alojamos 2 familias con niños de 2,3 y 14 años,y nuestra estancia sólo puedo decir que fue genial,lo único es que el ascensor ea muy ntiguo,y hay que hacer varios turnos pra bajar si sois muchos.el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos,las habitaciones grandes todas con tv ,dos cuartos de baño totalmente reformados y una cocina que contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios.muy cerca del coliseo y a pocos metros del metro para ir al vaticano. Paolo te libera un poco de carga al gestionar la reserva del taxi para la ida y la vuelta .le pedimos a paolo que nos recomendara algun restautante para comer en trastevere,y el lugar no decepcionó,y la comida buenísima.lo recomendaría al 100%.por cierto,el portero de la finca también muy amable.
